What this is

CueStomp is a do-it-yourself network footswitch. You build the hardware. We publish firmware, documentation and this website. Nothing here is a sale of goods, because at present there is nothing to buy.

No warranty

The firmware is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You build, flash and use the device at your own risk.

Live use, said plainly

This device controls a mixing console over a wireless network during live performance. Wireless networks fail. Consoles change their firmware. The pedal is designed to fail visibly rather than silently — that is the whole point of confirmed writes — but it cannot make a congested stage a reliable radio environment.

Do not rely on it for anything where failure is unacceptable, and please test it in your own rig before you trust it in front of an audience.

X32 and M32 are trademarks of Music Tribe. Soundcraft and Ui are trademarks of HARMAN. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either. Those names appear here only to describe which consoles this project interoperates with.

These terms will change as the project does — particularly once there is something to buy. The date at the top tells you when they last did.
